Tanggal 20 Januari 2024, SD Ta’miriyah mengadakan Islamic Kids Festival 2024 (IKFEST) untuk memperingati Hari Lahir TP Ta’miriyah dan sebagai upaya promosi sekolah. IKFEST merupakan agenda tahunan dari SD Ta’miriyah yang berisi berbagai lomba untuk siwa TK se-Surabaya dan sekitarnya.

IKFEST 2024 berisi 3 lomba, yaitu lomba mewarnai, tahfidzul qur’an dan fashion show. Pesertanya dari berbagai TK di Surabaya. Acara diawali dengan tampilan dari siswa siswi SD Ta’miriyah guna menunjukkan bakat mereka kepada masyarakat umum. Lomba mewarnai dan tahfidzul qur’an dimulai tepat pukul 08.00 di ruang-ruang lantai 2, sedangkan untuk fashion show diadakan di panggung utama yang terletak di lapangan parkir TP Ta’miriyah.

Para peserta lomba fashion show terlihat antusias dengan busana dan tata riasnya yang menarik. Mereka terlihat sangat manis dan lucu. Para peserta tampil all out untuk mengikuti lomba fashion show ini. Adapun peserta yang berlatih berlenggak lenggok untuk menyesuaikan dengan tatanan panggung. Tidak hanya itu, peserta lomba tahfidzul qur’an pun terlihat belajar dan menghafal surat-surat pendek yang akan dilombakan. Untuk para peserta lomba mewarnai sudah siap dengan peralatan mewarnainya.

Untuk final lomba tahfidzul qur’an dilakukan dipanggung utama. Penilaian final, berbeda dengan babak penyisihan. Pada babak final ini, peserta akan diberi pertanyaan sambung ayat dari juri atau panitia IKFEST 2024.

IKFEST kali ini tidak hanya lomba untuk siswa TK namun juga siswa SD Ta’miriyah itu sendiri. Lomba diadakan di selasar lantai 1 dan lantai 4. Selain itu, juga ada stand bazar yang diisi oleh masyarakat umum. Sembari menunggu lomba, pendamping dapat berkeliling ke bazar. IKFEST 2024 sangat dinanti oleh guru-guru TK. Salah satu pendamping lomba dari TK berkata, “alhamdulillah tahun ini SD Ta’miriyah mengadakan lomba lagi. Hal ini kami nantikan karena sebagai wadah untuk siswa kami melatih kemampuan dan keberanian untuk tampil di panggung”.

IKFEST 2024 tidak hanya berisi lomba saja namun SD Ta’miriyah juga memberikan sntunan kepada anak yatim, piatu dan dhuafa. Ada 100 paket santunan yang dibagiukan. Santunan ini adalah hasil pembiasaan shodaqoh para siswa SD Ta’miriyah yang dilakukan setiap hari. Semoga santunan yang diberikan memberi manfaat dan menjadi amal jariyah kita semua.

IKFEST 2024 ditutup dengan pengumuman pemenang lomba. Selamat kepada para pemenang dan bagi peserta lainnya tetap semangat dalam mengasah bakatnya.
